Kawagoe also known as Little Edo is located in Saitama Prefecture, just north of Tokyo. It’s a popular day trip destination, where visitors get to enjoy the well-preserved Edo-period (1603-1867) warehouse district, with traditional Kurazukuri-style buildings, the iconic Bell of Time (Toki no Kane) tower, and historic temples like Kitain Temple.
