Culture

The people of Turkey speak Turkish as their official language, and its population is predominantly Islam with a minority of Christians, Orthodox, and other religions. Gastronomy

Turkish cuisine is one of the most celebrated meals around the world, and you are likely to find a Turkish restaurant in just about every major city internationally. It is described as Ottoman cuisine, with a fine mix of Balkan, Asian and Middle Eastern blend of flavours. Meats, vegetables, kebabs, pilav and so many other dishes from Turkey are a divine experience that needs to be tried and greatly appreciated.
